this is an accessible class that everyone needs – dancers, athletes, acrobats and everyone in between. focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. the benefits of stretching exercises are endless; they support injury prevention, better muscle coordination, improve posture, enhance sports performance, and increase range of motion. we will use a variety of stretching exercises and approaches like pnf, static and dynamic stretching, enabling you to reach far into an eternal extension.
